Easy clip is foot operated nail clipper designed for  for those that are affected with Parkinson’s arthritis, restriction of movement, diabetes and obesity.

 

The challenge for easy clip was to design a tool that would assist with challenging actives that elderly may experience at home. Personal hygiene can be challenging with the restriction of movement but having a sense of independence was a key fundamental element that we wanted to target with our product.

 

A silicone buffer at the edge of the nail clipper was placed to prevent accidental clipping of the skin. At the back of the clippers a catchment tray for easy clean up once finished.
